About
Blue Mountains Tourism is a tourism-focussed, industry-led and membership-based organisation comprising individuals and businesses that have an active interest in the promotion of a sustainable tourism industry in the Blue Mountains.
The organisation has a long history of supporting and advocating tourism in the Blue Mountains, originally from the standpoint of the accommodation operators for the past 30 years, but more recently for all of the tourism industry in the Blue Mountains from 2012.
We have been recognised both by Destination NSW and the Blue Mountains City Council as the official Local Tourism Organisation (LTO) for the Blue Mountains. We are working co-operatively with the Council in supporting their Blue Mountains City Tourism Visitor Information Centres.
Our role with tourism is at a local level, addressing the visitor experience as they come into the area and once they are here.
