Ravensworth Operations open cut mining complex produces thermal and metallurgical coal for export.
The operation is located between Muswellbrook and Singleton in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales. Product coal is transported to the Port of Newcastle for export.
Ravensworth Operations is a joint venture between Glencore 90% and Itochu 10%. The CHPP assets are owned by the joint venture partners and operated by Glencore.
