Company history
Feeling there was a need for outdoor power products in Singleton, the business was established in 1981 by Don and Lola Penton. Don worked as a small engine mechanic for local water and pump shop Wright and Kemp, before opening up shop directly behind them, on 96 John Street. Originally trading with a handful of chainsaws and trimmers, the business moved to their current larger premises at 249 John Street, Singleton in 1987. Don and Lola retired in 2000 and handed the business over to their son Kevin and daughter in-law Judy.
Continuing the tradition of providing the absolute best in chainsaws and outdoor power products, we currently have seven employees and trade six days a week.

We are counted on by customers in Singleton and surrounds, covering a vast area from Branxton, Pokolbin and Muswellbrook to Denman, Scone and the Hunter Valley. We service home and land owners and commercial and mining clients who require quality chainsaws and related outdoor products.
We have been recognised for our commitment to customer service and have been nominated for various awards. Our greatest honour was receiving the Small Business of the Year Award in 2006 from the Singleton Chamber of Commerce.
