SINGLETON COUNCIL CORRESPONDENCE TO General Manager PO Box 314 Singleton NSW 2330 PUBLIC EXHIBITION DRAFT COMBINED DELIVERY PROGRAM 2025-2029 AND OPERATIONAL PLAN 2026/2027 + DRAFT LONG TERM FINANCIAL PLAN At its meeting of 17 March 2026, Singleton Council resolved to place the draft combined Delivery Program 2025-2029 and Operational Plan 2026/2027, and draft Long Term Financial Plan on public exhibition for a period of 28 days until 14 April 2026. The draft combined Delivery Program (DP) 2025-2029 and Operational Plan (OP) 2026/2027 has been prepared to define the priority deliverables to achieve the community's needs and desires as presented in the Community Strategic Plan (CSP). The Delivery Program sets out the plan and budget for the term of this elected Council, while the Operational Plan provides the annual actions that will be delivered during the second year. The draft Long Term Financial Plan is a decision making tool where long-term community aspirations and goals are tested against financial realities and is updated annually.
