URBIS SOLAR FARM PROPOSAL - 1023 GRESFORD ROAD, MITCHELLS FLAT Elgin Energy (Elgin), a leading international and independent solar and storage development company, is proposing to develop a new solar farm at Mitchells Flat. The proposal is named Mitchells Flat Solar Farm and is located 10km east of Singleton, at 1023 Gresford Road, Mitchells Flat. The proposed development area is approximately 253 hectares. The proposal will also include a 14km transmission line along the carriageway of Mirannie and Gresford Roads, connecting the solar farm to the national electricity grid at Singleton North Substation.
