Community representatives will be appointed based on the following selection criteria: . Demonstrated skills and experience of positively working in a team environment Demonstrated skills and experience working with local communities and value-adding to decision making Demonstrated skills and experience in driving positive change and promoting community interests Well-developed communication and relationship building skills.
