EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TOWNHEAD PARK PRECINCT CAFE | Thursday 29 February 2024 Submissions close Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and dynamic hospitality operators to contribute to the vibrant cultural landscape of the Singleton community. Expressions of interest are now open for the three year lease and operation of the Townhead Park precinct cafe. Located at 23 Maitland Road, Singleton and naturally flowing off the New England Highway, the cafe is an essential piece of community infrastructure within the Townhead Park precinct. The cafe supports both the Singleton Visitor Information Centre and Singleton Arts and Cultural Centre. With these facilities hosting an annual program of well-attended events and exhibitions, patronage is guaranteed SINGLETON COUNCIL all year round. Not to mention the cafe's proximity to Townhead Park playground, a major drawcard for Singleton residents and visitors. With a 20m² kitchen, a 78m² interior dining area and a 35m² deck, the cafe is spacious, with potential for creative layout and design that can cater to a variety of dining experiences.
